An overview
The vision is to standardise the UI interfaces across services to help and improve consistency and a more seamless user experience.
The government design system (GDS) helps to facilitate this - providing tried and tested components and patterns - that can be used to create rapid prototyping. In turn, these prototypes can provide a "production ready" interface journey that is accessible and responsive.
A code layer of customisation (decoupled from the scaffold itself) can then be introduced on top of this to ensure LB Redbridge branding is front and centre.
